Sherlock Home Inspections is a Cape Coral based company servicing all of southwest Florida, with a focus on Lee County.
We are currently interviewing for Sales Positions.
This is an entry level position with a true opportunity for advancement (promotion).
Duties include:
· Prospecting & networking with specific referral sources
· Presentations to groups and offices who refer clients
· Continuous visits and correspondence with referral sources
· Taking orders and scheduling inspections
· Attending industry trade shows
Requirements:
· Outside sales background with a proven record of success
· Highest levels of professionalism
· Personable, w/ honesty, integrity and total commitment to customer satisfaction
· Effective time management skills & ability to multi-task
· Excellent communication, presentation & phone skills
· Working knowledge of “relationship sales”
· Belief in the “one call close”
· Computer proficiency
· Teachable and willing to learn
· Ability to overcome objections & close sales
· Reliable transportation
· Criminal background check
· Drug screening
